Die Geschichte der Stella d’Oro beginnt in 1872: das war eine Idee meines Ururgrossvaters.<\/p>

Wir sind nun die f\u00fcnfte Generation die das Lokal leitet.\u00a0<\/p>

Goldener Stern Von Marano.
\nIm \"Stella d'Oro\" gibt es eine vorz\u00fcgliche Meersk\u00fcche.
\n\nNirgendwo schmeckt Fisch frischer als an jenem Ort, wo er direkt vom Meer an Land bef\u00f6rdert wird. So ein Ort ist Marano Lagunare, der gr\u00f6sste Fisch-Umschlagplatz an der oberen Adria. Den Ort findet man in der Lagune zwischen Grado und Lignano.
Am Hauptplatz von Marano, verk\u00f6stigt die Familie Corso bereits in der f\u00fcnften Generation ihre G\u00e4ste mit vorz\u00fcglicher Meeresk\u00fcche.
\nIm \"Stella d'Oro\" (Goldener Stern), so nennt man sich das Lokal, steht Mamma Giuseppina Corso selbst am Herd. Der Gast sollte auf die Speisekarte getrost verzichten und den Empfehlungen von Giuseppina und ihrem Sohn Christian vertrauen.
\nWir starteten unsere kulinarische Entdeckungsreise mit einem Antipasto di Mare (Gamberetti, Canestrelli, Vongole, Capelunghe...Lit. 15.000).\nNicht haubenverd\u00e4chtig, aber solide, frische Meeresk\u00fcche.\nIhr k\u00f6nnen liess Mamma Corso beim Zwischengang aufblitzen.\nK\u00f6stliche Nudeln mit Gamberetti und Rucola (Lit. 15.000) und als Alternative Nudeln mit Fasolari (kleine Muscheln).
\nEin fangfrischer Branzin und eine Goldbrasse (jeweils LIT 28.000) mit Ofenkartoffeln folgten als Hauptgang. Fisch, wie man ihr nicht besser zubereiten kann.\nSchade, dass die Kartoffeln zu lange im \u00d6l gebadet hatten.\nAls passenden Wein servierte man uns einen Pinot Grigio von Collavini (Lit. 20.000).
\nDas \"Stella d'Oro\" hinterliess einen guten Eindruck.\nEin gem\u00fctliches Lokal mit freundlicher Bedienung und einem \u00fcberzeugendem Preis\/Leistungsverh\u00e4ltnis.\nEin Tipp zum Abschluss: Am 18. Juni findet man in Marano eine grosse, sehenswerte Fischer-Prozession statt.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
